Welcome to Zodiac (the "Service", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, software, products, and services. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nature of the Product

The Service consists of third-party software tools intended for use with the video game Rust. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to Facepunch Studios, Valve Corporation, Steam, or any other game publisher or platform.

Use of the Service may violate the Terms of Service or End-User License Agreement of those third parties. You alone are responsible for understanding and accepting the consequences of that use.

License Grant

Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for the duration of the subscription you purchased. The license is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, leased, or transferred to any third party.

Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party providers (PayPal, cryptocurrency gateways). By submitting payment information you agree to the terms of those providers in addition to these Terms. We do not store your payment card or wallet details.

Our Right to Revoke or Modify Licenses

We reserve the absolute and unconditional right, at our sole and exclusive discretion, with or without notice and with or without cause, to take any of the following actions at any time:

Revoke, suspend, deactivate, or permanently terminate any license — whether active, paused, or recently issued;
Reduce, shorten, or remove remaining time on an active subscription, including resetting it to zero;
Restrict, limit, or remove access to specific features, support channels, Discord roles, or any other resource associated with the Service;
Blacklist a user, payment method, IP address, hardware fingerprint, or Discord account from any future purchase or interaction with the Service.

Such actions do not entitle you to a refund, credit, compensation, replacement, or any other remedy of any kind, monetary or otherwise. By purchasing or using the Service you expressly acknowledge that this discretion is a fundamental, bargained-for condition of the license, and you waive any right to dispute or contest its exercise.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

Resell, rebrand, or commercially redistribute the Service or any part of it;
Engage in fraud, identity theft, or any unlawful activity;
Harass, threaten, harm, or harvest data from other users or third parties;
Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt our infrastructure, servers, networks, or other users' sessions;
Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

Violation results in immediate termination without refund and may result in legal action.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE ERROR-FREE, AVOID INTERFERENCE FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY SYSTEM, OR FUNCTION INDEFINITELY.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZODIAC, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, DEVELOPERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, GAME ACCOUNTS, IN-GAME ITEMS OR CURRENCY, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC LICENSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT, OR USD $1.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zodiac and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any third-party Terms of Service; or (d) any content you submit through our support or chat channels.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections concerning No Refunds, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.

Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Because the Service is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, credits, or chargebacks under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Account bans, suspensions, hardware bans, or any action taken by a game publisher or platform;
Detection of the Service or any cheat software you use;
Compatibility issues with your hardware, operating system, or other software;
Changes you make to your system after purchase;
Failure to follow setup instructions provided by our team;
Change of mind, accidental purchase, or buyer's remorse.

If a critical issue prevents the Service from operating for more than 24 consecutive hours due solely to a fault on our end, we may, at our sole discretion, extend your active subscription by an equivalent period. This is the sole and exclusive remedy available to you.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent claim with your bank or payment provider will result in immediate and permanent termination of your license without refund and may be reported to anti-fraud databases.

User Responsibilities & Risk Acknowledgment

You expressly understand and agree that:

You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to game bans, account loss, hardware identification (HWID) bans, and loss of in-game items, currency, or progress;
We do not guarantee that the Service will avoid interference from any third-party system at any point in the past, present, or future;
You are responsible for keeping your license credentials secure. Sharing or leaking credentials terminates your license without refund;
You will not redistribute, decompile, reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zodiac regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction (typically 18 years in most regions) to purchase or use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate any account where this representation is false.
